The BryoGenomes database deposits genomic data of 123 bryophytes. The database contains the JBrowse module, a web-based search and visualization tool, enables browsing the genomes, and the BLAST module for searching for your interested genes using a custom query. The portal for downloading the raw data and genome assemblies is directed to the China National GeneBank DataBase (CNGBdb), where the data are deposited.
