The BryoGenomes database hosts genomic data from 123 bryophyte species. It features an interactive JBrowse genome browser for exploration and visualization, and an integrated BLAST tool for rapid gene searches using custom queries. All raw data and genome assemblies are deposited at the China National GeneBank DataBase (CNGBdb) and National Center for Biotechnology Information (NCBI), ensuring open access for the global research community.
